Works
Each piece is carefully sourced. Variations in tone, glaze, surface, dimension, and age are inherent to handcrafted and vintage works and form part of their character. Measurements are approximate.

Pricing
All prices are listed in AUD. Payment is processed securely via Shopify and its authorised providers.
We reserve the right to correct errors or decline an order where necessary.

Orders
Orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We may cancel an order where a work is unavailable or incorrectly priced.

Delivery
Works are dispatched from our Japan warehouse. Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Risk transfers upon confirmed delivery. International duties, taxes, or import charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient.

Consumer Guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a remedy for a major failure and to repair or replacement where goods do not meet acceptable quality standards.

Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits rights under Australian Consumer Law.
