Shipping Overview
All orders ship from Japan. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. Typical international shipping costs begin from approximately $50 AUD for surface mail and $115 AUD for air mail, depending on parcel size, weight, and destination. All shipments include tracking and signature confirmation. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, carrier conditions, shipping routes, or broader global events beyond our control.

Sales to the United States of America are temporarily unavailable. We expect to resume shipping shortly via DHL and other international couriers; please contact us if you would like to be notified when USA delivery becomes available.
Processing
Orders are typically processed within 5 business days, though larger or complex works requiring custom packaging may require additional preparation time.
Packaging
All works are packed in reinforced cartons with protective materials suitable for fragile ceramics and carefully secured to minimise movement during international transport; however ceramic objects remain inherently fragile.
Tracking & Delivery
Tracking details are provided upon dispatch and all deliveries require signature confirmation, with orders marked as delivered and signed for at the destination address considered successfully delivered.
Customs & Import Duties
International customers are responsible for all import duties, VAT, and local taxes imposed by their country, and orders refused due to unpaid customs charges cannot be refunded.
Transit Damage
Transit damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photographs of the work, outer carton, internal packaging, and shipping label, and packaging must be retained until the claim is resolved.
Condition
All works are vintage and previously used, and evidence of age and use — including glaze variation, crazing, tonal shifts, firing marks, scuffs, minor chips, water staining, and surface irregularities — are inherent characteristics of vintage ceramics and not defects; product photographs form part of the description and all vases are water-tested prior to dispatch.
Returns
All sales are final.
