Each piece is carefully sourced. Variations in glaze, tone, surface, dimension, and age are inherent to vintage and handcrafted works and form part of their character as objects made decades ago.
Consumer Guarantees
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Where an item has a major failure, you are entitled to a refund or replacement.
Where an item does not meet acceptable quality standards, we will provide a repair or replacement as appropriate.
Change of Mind
We do not offer returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, minor colour variation, or expected vintage wear, unless required by law.
Faults or Damage
If an item arrives damaged or materially not as described, please contact us promptly using the Contact Us now form and we will respond by email.
Please include your order number and send photos after we respond by email.
Where a fault is confirmed, an appropriate remedy will be provided in accordance with the ACL. Return shipping for confirmed faults will be covered by us.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days following inspection.
