Turquoise Pail
A compact pail-form vase with a cylindrical body, broad opening and vivid turquoise upper glaze. The blue-green colour fades into an earthy un-glazed base, creating strong contrast across the simple utilitarian form. The vessel retains the original kiln sticker and the glaze has uniformed and controlled crazing.
Vintage pieces may show signs of age and prior use, including surface wear, glaze variation, firing irregularities, kiln marks, minor staining and other characteristics acquired over time. Please examine all photographs carefully, as they form part of the description.
