A low curved vessel with a broad smile-like profile and contrasting turquoise accent. Its graphic asymmetry gives the piece a distinctly post-modern character.

The kiln which made this abstract form is now-defunct. This series began an era where heavy brutalist forms were giving way to post-modern lighter models with a new world light feeling suitable for matching with lighter materials like mizuhiki.

Vintage pieces may show signs of age and prior use, including surface wear, glaze variation, firing irregularities, kiln marks, minor staining and other characteristics acquired over time.
