White Dual
A ceramic vase with a divided sculptural body and paired openings. Its balanced geometry and use of negative space give the piece a distinctly modernist character. This abstract dual aperture vase was made by a now-defunct ikebana kiln which was renowned for very avant-garde and strange forms. This piece retains the kiln sticker and the kiln name is clearly and manually incised on the base of the vase.
Vintage pieces may show signs of age and prior use, including surface wear, glaze variation, firing irregularities, kiln marks, minor staining and other characteristics acquired over time.
