White Crescent
A long, shallow crescent vase with upswept pointed ends and a gently scalloped upper edge. Fine yellow lines trace the sweeping white-glazed form. The vessel is perched on two stubby feet and it has two apertures near the centre. Strange enough visually to command attention but practical for the ikebanist with enough openings for broad floral arrangement utility.
Vintage pieces may show signs of age and prior use, including surface wear, glaze variation, firing irregularities, kiln marks, minor staining and other characteristics acquired over time. The photographs provide further detail on the individual character and condition of the piece.
