A tall Shigaraki vase in vivid turquoise, with two unequal cylindrical apertures rising from a sweeping U-shaped base. Vertical striations and darker glaze pooling accentuate its dynamic, avant-garde form. The previous owner’s name is inscribed beneath in kanji with its hiragana reading—a common feature of vintage ikebana vases and part of this piece’s history.
