Beige Arc A

A broad arc-shaped pedestal vase with an upturned rim and four stubby conical feet. The finely textured beige surface and sweeping concave profile give the form a bold architectural character. The vase retains its original kiln sticker of the now-defeunct kiln which made it in Tokoname. This model was part of a heavy beige series and made in the middle of last century before light and bright became trendy. This was made when modernism mean brutalist and heavy. 

Vintage pieces may show signs of age and prior use, including surface wear, glaze variation, firing irregularities, kiln marks, minor staining and other characteristics acquired over time.
