A tall, narrow sculptural ikebana vase with an irregular vertical profile and sharply cut openings. Matte black glaze emphasises the angular silhouette and negative space, giving the piece a stark architectural presence.
This is a dual display vase which can be utilised with the aperture facing sideways or upwards. The back of the vase has 3 subtle bumps which allow the vase to sit elevated off the table when placed with the aperture facing up.
Vintage pieces may show signs of age and prior use, including surface wear, glaze variation, firing irregularities, kiln marks, minor staining and other characteristics acquired over time. Please examine all photographs carefully, as they form part of the description.
