Silver Horse & Foal
A vintage Japanese cast iron horse and foal with long necks, slender legs and gently raised tails. Silver-grey highlights pick out the textured bodies against darker charcoal recesses, with a sharply defined mane running down the larger horse’s neck. Two separate figures, sold as a pair.
Vintage pieces may show signs of age and prior use, including surface wear, finish and patina variation, casting irregularities, mould seams, minor rust or oxidation, staining and other characteristics acquired over time.
