Turquoise Tiger & Cub
A vintage Japanese cast iron tiger and cub with open mouths, faceted flanks and extended tails. The larger tiger strides forward on angular legs, its turquoise-green finish broken by dark recesses and gold-toned edges. Two separate figures, sold as a pair.
Vintage pieces may show signs of age and prior use, including surface wear, finish and patina variation, casting irregularities, mould seams, minor rust or oxidation, staining and other characteristics acquired over time.
