Blue Column
A tall nageire-style vase with a gently tapered cylindrical body and short pedestal base. The finely mottled turquoise-blue glaze has a softly textured surface with subtle vertical tonal variation. The base is incised Ryūsei, referencing the Ryūsei school of ikebana, and the original kiln label remains attached.
Vintage pieces may show signs of age and prior use, including surface wear, glaze variation, firing irregularities, kiln marks, minor staining and other characteristics acquired over time. Please examine all photographs carefully, as they form part of the description.
